Henrik Dons Finsrud

Bio

Henrik D. Finsrud, PhD, MSc, is chief advisor for innovation at the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. Finsrud has been instrumental in establishing “The Partnership for radical innovation”, an innovation program addressing pressing societal issues through systems innovation. Before taking the position at the national association, Finsrud worked with participative change projects as an action researcher for 25 years. His fields of interest include public sector innovation, large scale collaborative change, the formation of networks and clusters, and participation and local democracy.
